Targeting questions to a Shopify Landing Page enables you to send a templated NPS email via Klaviyo to your customers that directs them to your Landing Page. The email has an embedded NPS survey, allowing your customers to submit a response directly via email.

The setup includes:

Creating a Landing Page in Shopify (HTML provided)
Creating a Flow in Klaviyo that triggers an email with the NPS question embedded (HTML provided)
