The power of your Question Stream is rooted in its personalization capabilities. By targeting on an individual question level, you're able to present each customer with a unique sequence of questions tailored to their specific attributes. For instance, a universal question such as "How did you hear about us?" could be followed by targeted inquiries related to the customer's specific purchase. This enables you to extract more precise and personalized insights from each customer interaction.
You can also set criteria for determining the frequency of question prompting. Upon launch, you'll have two options at your disposal: Until Answered and Always. For more information about question persistence, view the documentation.
There are currently three options available for question targeting: New vs. Returning, Geography, and Product Purchased.
