Customer View
View survey views, responses and orders on a per customer basis.
On the 'Customers' tab, search by Customer ID or Customer Email and select a customer to see an activity feed of transactions, survey views and survey responses. The search functionality works on a full string match.
The activity feed displays the most recent event to the least recent event.
Note: Data is available from May 2021 forward, if you have been a customer of Fairing prior to May 2021, please reach out to support@fairing.co to backfill your data for the Customer table.
