Internal Service Errors

We've been notified of some customers seeing an Internal Service Errors page when selecting large date ranges in their dashboard or exporting their responses. This is due to the query timing out with our database, your survey is still appearing when this happens.

To rectify you can simply refresh and try again. If that doesn't work please contact us via chat or email [email protected] and we'll assist asap.

We're actively working on a fix to this that will also dramatically speed up dashboard queries and exports.
