Connect Fairing and Vibe to send TV attribution responses to Vibe and keep your survey’s TV channel suggestions up to date.

The integration works in two directions:

1. Fairing → Vibe: Send selected TV attribution responses to Vibe as conversion events.
2. Vibe → Fairing: Sync channels from your Vibe campaigns into Fairing’s TV Managed Auto Suggest List.

Send Fairing Responses to Vibe

Send customer-reported TV attribution to Vibe’s Conversions API to support your streaming TV measurement.

Integration Setup

1. In Fairing, go to Integrations > Vibe.co and click Connect.
2. Sign in to Vibe and select the advertisers Fairing can access, then authorize the connection.
3. Once you return to Fairing, select your Attribution question, such as “How did you hear about us?”
4. Under TV responses, select the answers that represent TV attribution, such as “TV” or “TV / streaming.” You can select more than one.
5. Your selection saves automatically. Look for Saved automatically beneath the response selector.

How It Works

When a customer submits one of your selected TV responses, Fairing sends a conversion event to Vibe. The event includes the associated order ID, plus order value and currency when available.

You control which answers are sent through the TV responses selector. Make sure your attribution question is live and includes the TV response options you want to track.

Sync Vibe Channels to Your Fairing Response List

Automatically populate your TV Managed Auto Suggest List with channels from your Vibe campaigns. Connect the list to a TV follow-up question to help customers identify where they saw your ad.

Integration Setup

1. If you haven’t already, connect Vibe under Integrations > Vibe.co using the steps above. The same connection powers both directions.
2. Fairing starts importing channels from the past year of campaign activity for your authorized advertisers.
3. Click View TV auto suggest list to review the imported channels. You can also find them under Questions > Managed Auto Suggest Lists > TV.

How It Works

After the initial import, Fairing syncs channels from Vibe daily and adds new channels to your TV list. Questions connected to that list automatically use the updated suggestions.

The Vibe integration page shows the sync status and the time of the last completed sync.
